“The Good: good was great oddly enough at the buffet. Enough places to sit by the beach at all times. Great entertainment. The Bad: showers were never warm enough, AC was loud, cannot make reservations for any specialty restaurant, we decided to try the steak house, waited 45mins until the restaurant opened. I would not recommend this restaurant. Food is subpar. Overall a solid 4/5”

“Es un hotel con una arquitectura espectacular !!! Impresionante hotel . Los cuartos muy grandes, modernos e impecables. La comida de 10, en especial el restaurante mediterráneo . Los empleados entrenados a complacer al huésped como en ningún hotel , es de llamar la atención que un ALL INCLUSIVE te atiendan de esa forma .la playa es una zona de surfistas y dan un espectáculo muy padre todos los días . ”

“Salta all'occhio lo staff numerosissimo ma non sempre all'altezza di una struttura del genere. Sembra un esercito senza un vero comandante! Fastidiosa e' l'insistenza nel lanciare continui messaggi finalizzati alla cosiddetta "mancia". Ottimo il ristorante messicano e quello francese, non altrettanto quello italiano. Più che buona la colazione e il luncheonette a buffet che propone tantissimi piatti gustosi della cucina messicana.”

“La alberca esta helada, según lo que nos comentaron en esa parte de la playa siempre hay muchísimo viento, tanto q hacen un festival de viento que padre, lo malo es que la alberca no es climatizada y con tanto viento, no ayuda nada, casi nadie se mete a la alberca, te congelas”
